Privacy Policy

Mainra is a prelaunch, mobile-first lead management product for service businesses. For the activities described in this policy, Mainra decides why and how personal information is processed.

Mainra's legal operator and governing jurisdiction will be identified before paid customer accounts are offered. Privacy questions and requests can be sent to info@mainra.com.

This policy applies to mainra.com, related public pages, communications about Mainra, and the early-access waitlist. It does not yet govern a paid Mainra workspace or customer CRM data. Separate product privacy terms will be provided before customer access begins.

We may collect the following categories of information:

• Information you provide: first name, last name, email address, waitlist notes, feature suggestions, and messages sent to us.
• Website and device information: IP address, browser, device type, operating system, approximate location, referral source, pages viewed, and timestamps.
• Usage information: clicks, scrolling, navigation, performance information, errors, and interactions with public pages.
• Marketing preferences: whether you joined the waitlist, consent records, and unsubscribe choices.

Please do not place passwords, payment information, health information, or other sensitive personal data in the optional waitlist note.

• Operate, secure, maintain, and improve the website.
• Manage the waitlist and communicate about early access.
• Respond to questions, feedback, and feature suggestions.
• Understand website performance and visitor behavior.
• Prevent abuse, fraud, spam, and security incidents.
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

Where data-protection law requires a legal basis, Mainra relies on one or more of the following: your consent, steps requested before entering a contract, legitimate interests in operating and improving the website, compliance with legal obligations, and protection of Mainra, visitors, and others.

You may withdraw consent to marketing communications at any time. Withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal.

Mainra uses Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand traffic, performance, and how public pages are used. These services may use cookies and similar identifiers.

• Google Analytics provides aggregated traffic and usage reporting. Google describes its privacy practices in its Privacy Policy.
• Microsoft Clarity may capture clicks, scrolling, page layout, device information, and session-replay data. Microsoft describes its practices in the Microsoft Privacy Statement.

Analytics information must not include waitlist field values or other direct identifiers. Mainra asks for permission before loading optional analytics. You can revisit that choice through Cookie settings in the website footer, and you can also block or delete cookies through your browser settings.

Mainra does not sell personal information. Information may be shared with:

• Hosting, database, analytics, security, and email-delivery providers that process information for Mainra.
• Professional advisers such as legal, accounting, or security advisers where necessary.
• Authorities or other parties when required by law or necessary to protect rights, safety, and security.
• A successor in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate safeguards.

Current website providers include Vercel for hosting, Google for analytics, and Microsoft for Clarity. Database, bot-protection, and email providers will be added here before live waitlist submissions are enabled.

Mainra and its providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where required, Mainra will use contractual or other recognized safeguards for international transfers. Privacy protections may differ between countries.

Waitlist information is retained while the waitlist is active and for a reasonable period afterward to manage launch communications, record consent, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Information that is no longer needed will be deleted or anonymized.

Analytics and security information is retained according to Mainra's configured settings and provider retention periods. You may request deletion of your waitlist information at any time.

Mainra uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures intended to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or receive a copy of your personal information, and to withdraw consent or complain to a regulator.

To make a request, email info@mainra.com. Mainra may need to verify your identity before completing a request. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in the message or by contacting us.

Mainra is intended for business users and is not directed to people under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Contact us if you believe a child has submitted information.

This policy may be updated as Mainra develops, providers change, or legal requirements evolve. The effective date at the top will be updated when material changes are published. Where appropriate, we will provide additional notice.
